Barton Community Larder

Reducing food waste, creating opportunities & engaging with the community. The larder is open Tuesdays, 10.00am – 12 noon and between 2.00pm and 7.00pm, in the sports hall at Barton Neighbourhood Centre.

What’s in the larder?

The contents of the larder change every week, but here’s a little video that gives you an idea of what to expect. We never know exactly what’s coming, but it usually includes tinned and packet items, cereals and cupboard products, household goods, and sometimes even pet food. There’s always a choice of fresh fruit and vegetables.
