About the Centre
Restart dates for all of our exercise classes in September:
Body Toning – 9th September at 9.30am
Zumba Gold – 11th September at 11.00am
Line Dancing – 11th September at 6.30pm – please note there is no line dancing on 25th September
Seated Zumba – 12th September at 11.30am
Qigong starts on 13th September at 6.00pm. This is a class that will run until Christmas and if popular will continue in January 2024. The cost for attending this class is just 50p per week
Zumba restarts on 14th September at 6.30pm
Yoga is ongoing as this is a new group
All classes except Yoga are currently £5 for four sessions. Please note that there will be no classes during half term week commencing 23rd October except Qigong
