About the Centre
A message for all our keep fitters!
Our weekly exercise classes are all restarting in September and would be great to see you joining in at least one of the classes. All classes cost £5 for four sessions except Yoga which costs £10 for five sessions. All participants need a BCA membership which costs £2 per year and many of you will already be members through the larder and coach trips.
Restart dates are as follows:
Zumba Gold restarts 9th September at 11.00am – 12 noon
Line Dancing restarts 23rd September at 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Yoga restarts 10th September at 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Zumba restarts 12th September at 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Body Toning restarts 14th September at 9.30am – 10.30am
New members welcome to all the classes and they can only continue with your support. Promise we will turn your frown upside down!
